Dr. Koo-Hyun Lee, President of Korea Digital Copyrights Bank in Korea is also senior research fellow for Korea Press Foundation and junior lecture professor for Publishing Media Department of Shingu University. As senior editor, publisher, and researcher for media and publishing law in Korea. Dr. Lee was born in Seoul, Korea, but he was educated from university in the United States. Dr. Lee established Korea Digital Copyrights Bank in 2000. His pioneering literary agency-KDCOBA is officially licensed by Korean government. KDCOBA is professionally dealing with all copyrights and other intellectual properties. The new business concept of digital copyrights on research articles and dissertations were firstly introduced to Korea. This venture business is widely gaining reputations from Korean scholars and students.

Dr. Lee published several professional research books such as The American Media Law, The Advertising Law, Publishing Law, Korean Advertising Laws and Cases, Korean Advertising Laws and Practices, etc. He wrote other numerous titles of articles on media laws and contributed his intellectual insights to Korean daily newspapers and professional magazines.
