David A. Szwak is an attorney who's authored countless
legal articles, has appeared in many news stories as an expert
in consumer law, and was featured in "Maxed
Out", a full production documentary by James Scurlock, of
Trueworks. David represents a number of sports personalities and
aspiring musicians and actors.
The City of Shreveport is poised to take over a larger portion
of the movie production market as Louisiana's tax credit benefits,
friendly and hospitable environment, great weather, and low production
costs are huge incentives for the film industry to consider moving
to Shreveport for their next film venture. AEI has acquired the
Louisiana
Wave Studio, a one-of-a-kind feature in this region. www.thelouisianawavestudio.com
The wave studio contains a large wave tank, wave machine, and
water tanks necessary for filming water-based scenes. In operation,
the studio can create special effects like no other. "The Guardian"
was recently filmed at the studio.
Shreveport is also the home of the Louisiana Hayride and the humble
start of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Elvis, along
with Hank Williams, Sr., Huddie "Ledbelly" Ledbetter, James Burton
and others, broke into the industry by starting in Shreveport
. Now, decades later, Shreveport continues to have a lively music
industry producing such musicians as Kix Brooks , Kenny Wayne
Shepard and Don Henley.
